Fatmen's Meal Plan

Not sure what your gonna eat right now, or later, or ever?

Never Fear, Fatmen has made out a meal plan for everyday of the week and you can eat along with him.

Sadly the INTERNET is not fat enough the fit the entire list, so we will start with a portion of his sunday.

Sunday 5:00 AM
-Bacon Stripes Dipped in french onion dip served on toast
-Tall glass of Apple Juice

Sunday 6:00 AM
-Glass of Orange Juice with three apples and a watermelon slice

Sunday 7:00 AM
-2 Bowls of just the marshmallows cereal. Place the nasty wheat asside in a seperate bowl. Details to follow.

Sunday 7:30 AM
-3 Bowls of nasty wheat

Sunday 8:00 AM
-Morning Stir-fry includes, scrambled eggs, green peppers, brocolii, onions, sausage, ham and deviled eggs

Sunday 9:00 AM
-Breakfast time, a bowl of warm Oatmeal and a bunch of bananas. Not a figure of speak, the whole bunch.

Sunday 10:00 AM
-Just a Protein Shake, something to slurp on while you go out
on your morning jog.

Sunday 10:05 AM
-A few Boxes of fruit roll ups

Sunday 11:00 AM
-15 tacos, I don't care where they come from, just get me my 15 tacos.

Sunday 12:00 PM
-Lunch time, Sloppy Joes, Slop Sloppy Joes. Melt a slice of cheese on one, or cram a handful of canned chips in one if your bold enough. Remember to cook your meat with generous portions of ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise.

Sunday 1:00 PM
-A handmade deli sammy composted of bologna, salami, salmon, and tuna, and pepperoni, and lettuce, and pepper-jack, with a side of cool ranch.

Sunday 2:00 PM
-A Caesar salad, with 2 liter of cola.

Sunday 3:00 PM
-Fast food take out, gotta counter act that salad.

Sunday 4:00 PM
-Early Dinner, We be haven Pot Roast! Don't be afraid to switch up vegetables with more roast beef.

Sunday 5:00 PM
-Left over Pot Roast is still good I bet.

Sunday 6:00 PM
-Time for Cheese Cake, get a variety pack so you won't get tired of cheese cake.
